Carrie Sakey was absolutely amazing to work with! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and helped us find not only many great homes on the market - but several times got us in to see houses that were not yet listed. She knows every corner of the town, which areas have kids, families, traffic, block parties, etc. Carrie is always responsive answering every question helpfully and quickly. Perhaps, best of all, Carrie never pressured us. We were really torn between making offers on a couple of houses, and she not only squeezed in second and third showings for us (once even watching our kids outside so we could have a private moment to talk) but never once pushed us to make a decision. She really understood what we wanted and genuinely seemed to enjoy getting us to a great home for our family. In a nutshell, Carrie is wonderful and I couldn't recommend her more strongly!
As a first-time home buyer, Cristin was incredibly patient and resourceful throughout the entire process. She really spent time getting to know us and what we were looking for in our home. We also shared with her that we only had a few months to find a home and really needed to act fast. Immediately she had appointments set up for us and was open to the other guests that joined us for the appointments to guide us through the process. After we found the house she helped us through a few weeks of negotiation even throughout the holidays! She made wonderful recommendations (contractors, inspectors, lawyers- everything!) throughout and helped really streamline the process and explain things to us along the way.
