Alongside her husband, Bert, Melissa has managed a wide range of properties—from residential and commercial multi-units to Airbnb and vacation rentals—gaining firsthand knowledge of what it takes to buy smart, renovate wisely, and manage effectively.

Melissa’s journey into real estate began with a passion for design, people, and creating welcoming spaces. Originally from Southbury, Connecticut and raised in Florida, she holds a degree in Graphic Design and a Master’s in Early Childhood Special Education. Her background in education gives her a natural ability to listen, guide, and support clients—especially those navigating the process for the first time.

In 2020, Melissa and her family relocated from Virginia to Trumbull, Connecticut, where they were drawn in by the small-town charm and strong sense of community. That move, combined with the unique opportunities of the market at the time, inspired her to earn her real estate license and continue their investment journey in the Northeast.

When she’s not working, Melissa is often on the sidelines of a gymnastics meet, field hockey game, or hockey rink—cheering on her kids and enjoying all that Fairfield County has to offer.
