Greg Wells

Greg believes the experience of buying or selling a home should be as enjoyable as the outcome.  Before real estate, he built his career in two demanding environments. At Graham Capital Management, he recruited top-tier talent where precision, performance, and attention to detail were non-negotiable. At Ralph Lauren, while managing the brand across the Northeast, he learned that how something looks and feels directly impacts how it sells.  Those experiences shaped the way he works today: running a process where nothing slips through the cracks, and positioning homes in a way that moves buyers from interested to committed. Greg understands what makes someone stop scrolling and how to turn that moment into action.  He began his real estate career in leasing, learning the business from the ground up, from first conversations to negotiations and closings. Combined with years of high-stakes, client-facing experience, that foundation allows him to read situations quickly, stay ahead of problems, and keep deals moving when others stall. He joined the Fowler Sakey Team to align himself with the right people and resources finding both in abundance.  “I’m the project manager for the largest financial purchase of your life.”  For Greg, that is not a tagline, it is a standard. He treats every client like his only client and is hands-on, calm under pressure, and easy to work with. He asks the right questions, listens closely, and ensures every client feels informed and supported from start to finish.  Greg lives in Greenfield Hill with his wife and two young daughters. A graduate of the College of William and Mary, Greg is an avid golfer, car enthusiast, and someone genuinely invested in the community he calls home.
