About Kathy F.
Kathy Quinn's experience as an educator and executive recruiter has prepared her well for her career in real estate.
Kathy holds a B.A. from Franklin Pierce University, a Master of Arts in Teaching from Sacred Heart University, and a Masters in Educational Leadership from Florida Atlantic University. Prior to launching her career in Real Estate, Kathy worked as a Student Climate Specialist and a Social Studies Teacher in Danbury, Trumbull and Bridgeport. She also worked as an Executive Recruiter, where she was an award-winning, top producer in a company of 300 search consultants.
Not surprisingly, Kathy has a knack for zeroing-in on the short and long-term goals of her clients. She gets right to business, helping them prioritize their must-haves and nice-to-haves.

Kathy and her husband, Charles, have one daughter, three sons, eight grandchildren and a dog named B.B. King! In the summer, she plays golf several times each week. She is also an avid reader, cook and gardener.

Niche Marketing
As a life-long resident of Trumbull, before downsizing and moving to Lordship, Kathy was raised in Trumbull and knows the town better than most in the real estate business. She was educated in the Trumbull school system and eventually became a social studies teacher at Madison Middle School. Being an avid golfer, she was appointed and served on Trumbull's Golf Commission. Kathy's input was instrumental in helping Tashua Knolls Golf Course become the premier public course in Connecticut.
