I once read a quote which has affected both my secondary education decisions as well as my employment decisions. It stated, “those who are happiest are those who do the most for others”. I believe in this, and it has served me well in my career choices. First, as a Middle School teacher based on developing young minds and shaping character. Second, as an Executive Recruiter, I was charged with fulfilling my clients career goals by identifying opportunities and negotiating employment agreements. Both were challenging and rewarding but pale in comparison to working with a client buying or selling a property. The level of trust and response is closer and much more personal as it is often the largest investment decision of their lifetime. Developing trust with a new client comes very naturally to me and I consider it to be my greatest strength. Clients view me as competent, compassionate, and consistent. My strategies and tactics are driven those behavioral traits. The ability to listen to and comprehend my clients wants and needs coupled with my patience and tenacity on their behalf have produced excellent results in Real Estate.  

Kathy and her husband, Charles, have one daughter, three sons, eight grandchildren and a dog named B.B. King! She and Charles are active cyclists who chose the Lordship area of Stratford for its neighborhood feel and safe roads. In the winter, Kathy enjoys playing tennis. In the summer, she plays golf several times each week. She is also an avid reader, cook and gardener!
