About Chandano
Chandano Meas is passionate about helping others take part in the American Dream. Born in Thailand, Chandano came to the United States when he was four years old. He grew up in Bridgeport and graduated from Southern CT State University with a B.S. in Computer Science.
Today, he considers himself a holistic practitioner among Real Estate Agent. As a former health-care professional, Chandano understands the impact of stress on one’s well-being and is deeply committed to his role in helping clients strike balance between their financial and emotional health. His strong organizational skills and attention to detail bring order and time management to a process that can be unpredictable and chaotic.
“Purchasing a home can be an emotional roller coaster and a stressful process. There must be a balance of emotions when dealing with a Real Estate transaction.”
Chandano understands the strong connection between home and family. Helping clients find a home that brings security and happiness to their families is deeply rewarding. Chandano and his wife reside in Monroe with their two sons. The Meas family chose Monroe ten years ago because it is a safe, family-oriented, and has a great school system. Both of Chandano’s sons attend Monroe public schools, one is enrolled in the STEM Academy at Masuk High School.
For those clients who are looking at real estate as an investment, Chandano can also relate personally. In fact, Chandano joined Fowler and Company after meeting Rachel Fowler when he purchased his investment property in 2017. Chandano understands that the criteria for a happy home, versus a smart investment property, are not universally the same. Chandano deftly guides his investment clients toward properties that not only protect, but also contribute to, their financial well-being.
Prior to launching his Real Estate career, Chandano managed a high-volume retail pharmacy for more than thirteen years. In that role, Chandano advised customers through stressful circumstances and advocated for their well-being with doctors and insurance companies. He learned the importance of being a good listener and his supportive demeanor allowed him to calmly support customers through difficult times.
Whether you are looking for a home, or an investment property, Chandano Meas can guide you toward your goals.
